This site serves as a property for housing our experiences (through Twitter, Flickr and YouTube), our thoughts, opinions and favorite news pieces (through WordPress and Del.icio.us) and our interests (starting with music via Last.Fm and movies through Netflix).
We also hope to use the site to get more plugged into the lives of our family and friends. Hopefully, by keeping you abreast of what’s new with us, it sparks conversation about what’s new with you.

Here is a little background information on us-
Kendall is a licensed real estate broker and the business manager for the Triangle Experts real estate team. This RE-MAX affiliated team headed by Sharon Evans provides both sell and buy-side residential real estate services. The team ranked #1 in home transactions (bought or sold) in the North Carolina Triangle MLS for 2007 and 2008. Triangle Experts also holds the following RE-MAX rankings: #2 team in the Carolinas, Top-25 team nationwide and Top-50 team worldwide.

Outside of work, Kendall enjoys spending time with Chaz, Kelley and Lou, traveling abroad, soaking in the rays at the beach, hiking in Umstead Park and hanging out with friends and family. She is originally from the Walnut Creek/Danville area of Northern California and graduated from San Diego State University.
Chaz is Founder and COO of Bronto Software, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business within the email marketing industry. As Chief Operating Officer, Chaz has guided the day-to-day business operations from start-up through years of highly profitable, rapid growth. Check out his company bio and LinkedIn Profile.
Outside of work, Chaz enjoys spending time with Kendall, Kelley and Lou, staying up-to-date on the latest web technologies, supporting his college sports teams and staying active through running and hiking, and if he had more free time, skiing and surfing. He was born in New York City, grew up in Leesburg, VA and graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Kelley Canon is the son of Kendall and Chaz. He was born at 10:12am on August 20th, 2009 at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC. At birth, Kelley weighed in at 8lbs, 10oz and measured 19.5 inches in length. The life and times of Kelley are just beginning…
Louie Fiarello Felix is the family pet. This favorite feline was born and raised in California and proud of it. He is responsible for patrolling the house, warming pillows near and far and keeping watch over the neighborhood from his perch at the front door. See Lou in action.
